Job summary

One Call in the United States seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional, disciplined agile delivery teams and own core Disciplined Agile Delivery processes. You will translate strategy into executable plans and model delivery excellence for the organization.

The role emphasizes executive communication, risk management, and driving enterprise-critical outcomes within a home-based environment. 10+ years of delivery leadership and agile certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to communicate with senior leaders and sponsors; experience with Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical delivery teams and coordinate across business, technology, product, and operations.
Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes and mentor teams to sustain high performance.
Teach Disciplined Agile values and practices; align milestones, dependencies, and decision points with business OKRs.
Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans; manage dashboards, risks, and changes.
