Senior Delivery Leader - Agile Strategy & Execution

Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery for enterprise programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, own core processes, and translate strategy into executable plans that drive value.

This remote role reports to the VP, Delivery Management and expects strong executive communication and program governance. You will manage end-to-end programs, mentor delivery managers, present updates to senior leaders, and drive improvements in flow metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., includes leading delivery managers, scrum teams, or cross-functional squads).
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership and sponsors.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies; adherence to SDLC, Change Management, and Risk/Security frameworks.
• Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams dedicated to major business and technology programs with high complexity.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop and sustain high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile values, patterns, and skills; role model for delivery managers and teams.
• Strategic Program Delivery: manage end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives with executive visibility; align outcomes to OKRs and value realization.
• Prepare and present concise updates for senior leaders; create executive-ready status reports and dashboards.
• Delivery Excellence & Flow Metrics: drive agile process improvements; report on agile health and include automation to improve flow and quality.
• Mentor and coach delivery managers and team members on the Disciplined Agile framework and approved tools.
