Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead enterprise‑critical agile delivery efforts. Reporting to the VP of Delivery Management, you will drive cross‑functional teams, own disciplined delivery processes, and model delivery excellence across the organization.

You will translate strategy into executable plans, mentor delivery managers, and communicate effectively with executives. This role emphasizes risk management, SDLC controls, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience.
• Proven executive-level communication with senior leadership and sponsors.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools; SDLC/Change Management/Risk & Security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams achieving major business and technology programs.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes and practices to sustain high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile values, patterns, and skills to delivery managers and teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives with enterprise visibility and OKRs alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder ceremonies and planning across business, technology, product and operations.
• Develop and report on agile health, metrics, and dashboards; drive continuous improvement.
