Job summary

Razor Consulting Solutions, Inc. in Fargo, ND seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead client engagements and translate priorities into delivery strategies. You will own service performance, SLAs, and KPIs while guiding a management team and cross-functional partners to improve client outcomes.

You will manage staffing plans, drive operational excellence, and escalate strategic risks with clear options. A strong focus on collaboration, accountability, and results will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or an associate’s degree with equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in consulting, service delivery, operations leadership, project management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of direct people management experience, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Experience with service performance reporting and dashboards to analyze SLA/KPI trends; Power BI/Power Apps/Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes under assigned Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with client objectives.
• Lead SLA and KPI performance oversight and drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Present service performance and improvement priorities to client stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee workforce and capacity planning for delivery teams and readiness for new engagements.
• Drive an operational excellence roadmap with process improvement and reporting enhancements.
