Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consulting, strong communication, and demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines while mentoring staff and pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver client solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Ability to identify opportunities for project expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and guide team members to deliver quality results.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Define approach, scope, budgets, status, risk, and issues.
• Facilitate client meetings, gather insights and build consensus.
• Develop and mentor team members and assign work.
• Manage billable hours and ensure alignment with revenue targets.
• Identify needs at clients and propose operational improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership on proposals and win more work.
