Qualifications

• Product ownership experience: previous experience leading products, projects, or business solutions while balancing stakeholder needs and business objectives.
• Business and technical acumen: ability to understand business processes, technology solutions, and how they work together to drive results.
• Communication and leadership skills: ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability and continuous learning: comfortable navigating changing priorities, new technologies, and evolving business needs.
• Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy: Develop and communicate the vision, road map, and priorities for assigned business solutions to support long-term business objectives.
• Bridge business and technology: Partner with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives: Manage complex projects from concept through implementation, including scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.
