Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Leader in Dallas, TX to drive alignment and successful delivery of a prioritized portfolio roadmap. You will partner with Digital Leaders to enable high-impact, high-quality solutions across hybrid platforms and AI-driven initiatives.

This role requires deep experience leading matrixed delivery teams, managing enterprise-scale solutions, and applying SAFe principles to maximize value for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Audit technology domain leadership: Lead technology products, platforms, programs, or transformation initiatives in an audit environment.
• End-to-end portfolio ownership: Manage demand intake, business-case development, prioritization, funding, delivery oversight and benefits realization.
• Portfolio prioritization and governance: Set intake, sequencing, capacity, and decision processes balancing quality, regulatory needs, and value.
• Scaled Agile portfolio delivery: Lead delivery across multiple products and Agile Release Trains with alignment and measurement.
• Technology strategy and transformation leadership: Evaluate architecture, data, cloud, security, and AI implications within Audit tech.
• Executive and talent leadership: Build and lead high-performing delivery teams and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities
