Job summary

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc is seeking an Experienced Service Coordinator II in Florida. The role focuses on maximizing resources, productivity, and profitability by supporting the operations management team and coordinating with the Field Supervisor and Service Manager to ensure timely, satisfactory service completion.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in service operations or scheduling, a high school diploma, and preferably an associate's degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of service-related experience, managing service operations or scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Request and manage permitting, liens, and notary.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and provide follow-up as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues or expedite as needed.
• Reconcile service requests daily upon completion of service job.
• Provide follow-up on activities to ensure completion within timeline.
• Provide technicians with service repair estimates as needed.
• Offer immediate quotes for unexpected labor and costs.
• Follow-up on proposals for extra work.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and discuss critical account information in business review meetings.
• Research questions identified during monthly business review.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in Sage Management.
