Job summary

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator II to maximize resources and profitability by supporting the operations management team.

You will collaborate with Field Supervisors and Service Managers to ensure timely completion of technical service work to customers’ satisfaction. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on maintaining customer relationships and accurate billing information.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in service operations or scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Manage permitting, liens, and notary.
• Ensure service meets customer expectations and follow up.
• Answer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues.
• Maintain and reconcile service billing information before closure.
• Provide technicians with quotes for labor and costs as needed.
• Follow up with customers on proposals for extra work.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and discuss critical account information in business reviews.
• Update customer data in Sage Management and keep records current.
• Follow up with customers within 24 hours after service completion.
• Forward field-generated sales leads to the appropriate Salesperson or Supervisor.
