Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Center Manager in Fresno to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive performance. You will own P&L, coordinate with Sales on growth opportunities, and ensure safety standards across the site.

The role requires strong leadership, deep LTL knowledge, regulatory compliance, and the ability to work varied shifts with travel when needed. Comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of LTL, DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and related regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all service center employees; oversee timekeeping and payroll administration.
• Own and achieve P&L goals for the service center and KPIs.
• Lead the supervisory team to plan labor goals to meet budget, service and quality targets.
• Provide information to all employees about productivity and company policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review productivity, safety, and service performance.
• Identify opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies.
• Support sales-driven growth by aligning operations with customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth and retain key accounts.
• Develop relationships with top local revenue-driving customers.
• Promote safe and clean facilities in adherence to safety rules and regulations.
