XPO is seeking a Senior Service Center Manager in Fresno, CA to lead all service center operations, supervise staff, manage timekeeping and payroll, and drive performance against KPIs. You will coach, develop, and discipline team members and ensure safety compliance.

You will own P&L for the center, collaborate with Sales to grow revenue, optimize labor and costs, maintain DOT and OSHA standards, and build strong relationships with top accounts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a service center or similar setting.
• Thorough knowledge of LTL industry, DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, NMFC and tariff rules.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead all service center employees, manage timekeeping, payroll, and staff development.
• Own and achieve P&L goals for the service center and KPIs.
• Lead labor planning to meet budget, service, and quality targets; coach and address deviations.
• Provide regular updates on productivity and policies to all staff.
• Hold team meetings to review productivity, safety, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies.
• Support sales-driven growth by aligning operations with customer needs and new business onboarding.
• Develop relationships with top local accounts and drive revenue retention.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and DOT/OSHA standards are followed; manage hazardous materials procedures.
• Oversee documentation and compliance through self-assessment checks.
