Job summary

XPO is seeking a Senior Service Center Manager to lead the operations of a service center. You will supervise staff, manage payroll, coaching, and development while driving P&L results and KPIs. The role demands strong leadership and the ability to align labor with budgeted goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales to grow revenue, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring efficient, compliant daily operations in a dynamic LTL environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience expected.
• Thorough knowledge of LTL industry, DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and hazardous materials regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all service center staff, oversee payroll, coaching and development.
• Own and achieve P&L goals for the service center and KPI targets.
• Plan labor to meet budget, service and quality goals; coach to target outcomes.
• Communicate operations updates and ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth and support onboarding.
