XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Freight Operations Manager in the United States to lead the daily operations of our service center and drive performance across staffing, safety, and costs. You’ll guide delivery efficiency and oversee the complete operation to meet customer expectations.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience and supervisory background, with LTL industry exposure and hazmat/OSHA/DOT familiarity. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany this position.
