Job summary

Jobtailor in Hebron Estates, KY seeks a Warehouse Associate to support package handling, inventory control, and shipping services. You will perform outbound/inbound processing, operate MHE, and use RF scanners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and customers, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to SLAs and KPIs while supporting field stocking locations and the provider network.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 70 lbs and works with MHE.
• Familiar with inbound/outbound and inventory control in a WMS environment.
• Proficient in RF scanner use for warehouse tasks with accuracy and safety.
• Experience with basic financial activities and planning processes is a plus.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide package handling, inventory control, and shipping services to customers.
• Perform warehouse activities including outbound processing, inbound processing, and inventory control.
• Operate MHE including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Use RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
• Complete work efficiently and safely with minimal supervision.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and safety and quality compliance.
• Support delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal support groups to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, order processing, supplier procurement, inventory, staffing, inspections, employee engagement, safety, security, and profitability.
• Perform financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and annual business planning.
• Retain and strengthen customer relationships, including face-to-face customer service.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities.
• Provide support to field stocking locations, agent locations, and the provider network.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to utilize Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order pickers up to heights of 28 feet
• Ability to utilize radio frequency (RF) scanners
• Ability to perform tasks using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision
• Experience or ability to use computer-based warehouse management systems (WMS) for outbound, inbound, and inventory control activities
• Ensure transaction accuracy and safety and quality compliance
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of a background check
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
