Napleton Automotive Group in Illinois is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. In this critical role you will support the Service Director, drive team results, and act as a liaison between customers and technicians to present repair recommendations.

You will lead service lane activities, write transparent repair orders with cost and time estimates, and communicate progress promptly.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and utilize modern technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor/service manager experience preferred.
• Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM experience is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local law.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure all vehicle maintenance needs are addressed.
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely work completion.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting-edge Fixed Operations Technology.
