River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Lansing, IL is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and maintaining open, honest communication throughout the service process.

You will help customers select the right service plan, write repair orders with cost and time estimates, and ensure timely completion by coordinating with teams. The role offers strong growth within a large, family-owned dealer group.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech savviness and ability to learn and use technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen per local laws.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication—keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology.
• Other duties as assigned.
