Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Illinois is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. In this critical role you will support the Service Director, drive team results, and act as a liaison between customers and technicians to present repair recommendations.

You will lead service lane activities, write transparent repair orders with cost and time estimates, and communicate progress promptly.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and utilize modern technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor/service manager experience preferred.
• Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM experience is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local law.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure all vehicle maintenance needs are addressed.
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely work completion.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting-edge Fixed Operations Technology.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager, Located at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the Senior Service Advisor is a critical role working with the Service Director to help drive team results to meet department objectives; and working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
