Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Senior Service Accounts Coordinator in Gainesville, VA (or remote in the US) to be the primary point of contact for corporate clients. You will manage escalations, service estimates, and periodic summaries to ensure a strong customer experience with Vector Security Networks.

You will lead reporting, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and participate in reviews with clients, driving service improvements and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent.
• 1-2 Years Experience: Call Center/ Customer Service Environment.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Communicate regularly with customer and internal teams.
• Presentation & Communication: Present and discuss department performance in formal settings.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks and deliver efficiencies.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Understand customer requirements and internal teams.
• Adaptability & Eagerness to Learn: Learn new customer requirements and contract changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide and distribute summary reports on service performance and SLAs.
• Draft reports using D365 or 3rd-party software and support status updates.
• Coordinate with NAMs, field technicians, and vendors for resolutions.
• Attend customer-facing and internal calls to discuss performance and changes.
• Prepare quarterly/annual business reviews with metrics for clients.
