Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Senior Service Accounts Coordinator in Gainesville, VA or remote US. You will be the primary contact for corporate customers on escalations, service estimates, and quarterly reviews, coordinating with NAMs, field techs, and vendors to drive service excellence.

The role emphasizes SLAs, invoicing accuracy, and proactive communication with clients, internal teams, and leadership. Strong communication, organization, and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present and discuss department performance in business settings.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated point of contact for corporate customers regarding escalations, service estimates, and periodic client summaries to manage customer experience.
• Facilitate customer reporting and participate in customer meetings and QBRs.
• Ensure SLAs and invoicing requirements are properly processed by the department.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide resolutions and deliver departmental summaries to clients.
• Attend and participate in regular customer-facing calls and internal team calls to discuss performance and improvements.
• Travel may be required for periodic business reviews.
