Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Project Manager in Gainesville, VA or Remote US/USA to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate internal and external teams, set target completion dates, and ensure delivery meets requirements on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include contractor negotiations, progress monitoring, and closeout tasks, while aligning with data in D365 and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of industry experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Multitasking - Comfortable working on various projects at a time, in fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of Blueprints preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints.
• Ability to act independently.
• Comfortable to figure out solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subcontractors, manage and maintain relationships, throughout duration of the job.
• Manage budget, contractor negotiations and change orders as needed.
• Negotiate prices with subcontractors.
• Monitor data, work completion and handle escalations by providing resolutions.
• Maintain relationships with customer and provide troubleshooting resolutions during customer calls.
• Review tasks during the project closeout to ensure systems are online with our monitoring system, final review on video systems, making sure fire inspections are there from local jurisdictions.
• Manage TSP invoices, closeout, sign off etc.
