Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Shared Services Customer Experience Service Coordinator to support customers remotely across the United States. You will coordinate scheduling of routine maintenance and emergency repairs, manage trouble notifications, and ensure timely service with courteous, professional communication.

You will review accounts, coordinate with technicians, monitor team chats, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant customer service and scheduling experience.
• Written and verbal communication to customers.
• Ability to work from home with Vector-provided equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and emergency service repairs for residential and commercial clients.
• Review accounts and schedules based on trouble notifications to arrange service.
• Monitor and respond to multiple active team chats and open tickets.
• Assist with route planning and appointment windows for technicians.
• Collaborate with branch operations, technicians, and internal teams.
• Discuss new products and offerings with customers.
