Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Project Manager in Gainesville, VA or remote US/USA to lead multiple security installation projects. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements on schedule.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder needs across sites. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of industry experience, familiarity with blueprints, and the drive to work

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of blueprints and ability to read and interpret them.
• Ability to act independently and figure out solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and align with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage budgets, contractors, change orders and negotiations.
• Monitor progress, data, and escalations; provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and ensure systems meet requirements.
• Review project closeouts including fire inspections and video systems.
• Manage invoices and closeout processes with subcontractors.
