Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator in Gainesville, VA to manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts. You will draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts using templates, coordinate approvals, and maintain accurate records.

You will engage with business units and Legal to clarify terms, support renewals, and ensure compliant documentation. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• College Degree or High School Diploma and equivalent experience in related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant contracts or business operations experience.
• Advanced customer service/account management and/or sales/business administration skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of industry and services offered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Draft standard contracts using approved legal templates.
• Coordinate amendments and non-standard contracts for Legal review.
• Participate in calls to confirm scope, pricing, and terms.
• Ensure accurate documentation and alignment of terms across accounts.
• Escalate legal questions to Legal when needed.
• Maintain contract records and generate status reports.
• Support contract renewals and pricing updates across departments.
• Assist with COI requests and risk-management processes.
