Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, building automation systems, electronics, or related fields.
• Equivalent experience via military, apprenticeship, or on-the-job training may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Service Coordinator to schedule specialists for service agreements.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling for emergency and TSA/T&M projects.
• Coordinate service retrofit projects and time sheets.
• Review service work orders for accuracy and timing with the team.
• Provide leadership to maximize productivity and service performance.
