Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Project Manager to oversee HVAC/building automation projects from award to closeout on customer sites across the US. You will coordinate with sales, operations, engineering, and subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules, and change orders, and drive forecasting, invoicing, and documentation.

Travel may be required. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential to deliver on time and within scope while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC and/or Building Automation and Project Management experience.
• 3+ years Construction Project Management experience or related field.
• Proficient in interpreting and managing billing processes, including understanding schedules of values.
• Strong budgeting principles including development, tracking, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to sales and operations regarding technical and business considerations for construction or direct owner projects.
• Ensures project is booked correctly and necessary forms are completed.
• Manages project documents, estimates, and information for personnel to maximize productivity.
• Forecasts costs for each area of the project and tracks them to meet budget/forecast goals.
• Invoicing and collections to minimize aging; coordinates material orders for cash-flow efficiency.
• Coordinates with subcontractors or internal teams to maximize value in installations.
• Recommends technical solutions to sales and operations; assists during estimating phase.
• Supports ongoing service engineering and building system operations.
