Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Project Specialist to manage on-site technical operations, supervise field technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery. You will coordinate resources, troubleshoot, and contribute to successful commissioning of building controls and systems.

The role requires strong HVAC/electrical knowledge, experience with DDC/BDT software, and the ability to prepare detailed documentation and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or 2-year technical degree in HVAC or electronics preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience configuring and debugging basic computer and networking problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site technical operations and supervise field technicians.
• Coordinate resources and troubleshoot during start-up and commissioning of building controls.
• Prepare start-up docs, logs, and commissioning documents.
• Forecast costs and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to meet scope and specifications.
