Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is a global leader in technology services and solutions. The role of Dynamic Server Support involves senior-level troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, deskside support, ESF, and servers, with direct client interaction to address issues promptly.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, administrative tasks, real-time reporting, asset control, and adherence to safety policies across client sites. Travel and overnight assignments may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to client locations

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA for each client
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented
• Follow policies, guidelines and documents relating to service delivery
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client service agreements
• Report all activity in a timely and accurate manner
• Understand and follow Safety policies in daily work
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
