Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is a global provider delivering technology services and solutions. Dynamic Server Support is a senior role handling repair and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, deskside support, ESF, and servers for demanding clients.

Responsibilities include customer-facing issue resolution, SLA adherence, real-time reporting, asset control, and safety compliance across client sites with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of related experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant hardware and software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and documents relating to service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory via prompt part turnaround.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned.
