Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience is typical.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver service calls within the SLA for each client
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines
• Complete all administrative tasks per policies
• Document real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow established policies for service delivery
• Ensure asset and inventory control through prompt turnaround of parts
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines
• Additional duties as needed to meet business needs
