Job summary

Stratix Systems, a long-standing IT consulting and managed services provider, seeks a Level III Server/Network Engineer to support 50+ client environments. You will design, implement, and document solutions, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional service from our Wyomissing office.

The role combines hands-on engineering with client-focused project work. The ideal candidate has MSP experience, strong communication, and a drive for continuous improvement, with proficiency in Microsoft 365,

Qualifications

• 7 years’ MSP/TSP generalist engineer experience.
• College degree or trade school program in IT integration.
• Experience using PSA, RMM, and remote access tools.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting cloud PBX and VoIP systems.
• Experience leading MSP projects or teams.
• Certifications in Microsoft Infrastructure, Modern Work, Security, ITIL, Aruba, SonicWall, Lenovo, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in resolving incidents and completing implementations, on-site and remotely.
• Resolve mid- to high-level escalations from support and services teams.
• Document projects, service work, onboarding, and IT roadmaps.
• Plan and implement infrastructure changes (GP, M365, VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, VLANs).
• Create and update access rules, security policies, and remote access configurations.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff.
• Perform assessments and propose sales-ready product/service recommendations.
