Job summary

Stratix Systems is seeking a Level III Server/Network Engineer to join our Wyomissing office. The candidate will deliver expert technical support, design and implement solutions from our portfolio, and mentor staff while documenting projects and roadmaps for clients with 50+ environments.

You will resolve escalations, support on-site and remote deployments, and collaborate across teams to meet client SLAs and business needs. An MSP background is essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in an MSP or TSP generalist engineer role.
• College Degree or Trade School Program completion specific to IT integration.
• Experience using PSA, RMM, and Remote Access tools.
• Prior experience coordinating or managing technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in resolving technical incidents and completing implementations, both on-site and remotely.
• Successfully resolve mid- and high-level escalations from the support and professional services teams.
• Plan, create, modify, and document access rules and security policies to aid technicians and engineers.
• Mentor and develop internal staff and coordinate or manage technical projects.
