Digitas in New York is seeking an Associate Director of Search Engine Optimization to analyze data, lead a cutting-edge SEO team, and deliver compelling strategies for clients. You will present capabilities, develop proposals, forecast timelines, and drive continuous improvement across initiatives.

The role requires a four-year degree, 6+ years of SEO or related experience, proven leadership, and strong communication. Some travel may be necessary, and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing, computer science or a related field.
• 6+ years of combined experience in SEO, project management or account management.
• Proven leadership skills and prior experience managing a team.
• Experience scoping projects, providing forecasts and driving process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make fast, smart decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; travel as needed.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus for ideation and content generation.

Responsabilités

• Clearly present SEO capabilities to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and present proposals and tactics to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement efforts across projects.
• Develop or approve scopes of work that include SEO.
• Ensure excellence and accuracy in client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers on timelines and with Staffing on resources.
• Develop and maintain high-quality talent.
