Job summary

Digitas North America is hiring an experienced Search Engine Optimization Manager to analyze data and guide a team on cutting-edge SEO strategies. The role focuses on improving search performance, prioritizing projects, and delivering measurable results across key campaigns.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing, computer science or related field.
• 4–6 years of combined experience in SEO, project management, account management or related field.
• Proven leadership and prior team management experience.
• Experience scoping projects, forecasting and driving ongoing process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and make smart decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Stellar communication and presentation skills; articulate and convincing.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with internal teams and clients on search engine accessibility.
• Analyzing keyword research to determine strategic goals.
• Develop optimization recommendations and manage all phases from keyword research to delivery of assets.
• Overseeing the execution of link-building strategies.
• Implementing SEO strategies and best practices with internal project teams.
• Managing the development and delivery of monthly/quarterly metrics reports.
