Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Associate Director of Search Engine Optimization to lead a team delivering cutting-edge SEO strategies. You’ll analyze search data to provide insights into consumer motivations and present capabilities to clients and internal teams.

You’ll develop proposals, forecast scopes of work, and drive process improvements while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Travel as needed to support client engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing, CS or related field.
• 7+ years of combined SEO, project management or account management.
• Proven leadership and prior team management experience.
• Experience scoping projects, forecasting and driving process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Present SEO capabilities to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and present proposals and tactics to clients with Managers and Supervisors.
• Lead process improvement efforts.
• Develop or approve scopes of work that include SEO.
• Ensure excellence and accuracy in client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers on timelines and staffing.
• Develop and maintain high-quality talent.
