Job summary

Culligan North America is seeking an experienced SEO and content leader to own our organic search strategy across traditional, AI, and generative search. You will build and govern the content engine—workflows, standards, and review processes—to scale expert content into sustained growth and qualified leads.

The role requires hands-on management of editorial direction, tooling, and partnerships with writers and agencies, plus developing a local SEO program for dealer networks to boost visibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO and content strategy with proven growth ownership.
• Strong writing, editing, and fact-checking abilities with editorial oversight.
• Experience directing writers and leveraging SME input into polished content.
• Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles and search quality signals.
• Experience managing agency/freelance partners and content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO, GEO, and AI search strategy end-to-end from research to on-page and technical optimization.
• Develop and manage SEO-driven content plans, calendars, and workflows for organic growth and lead generation.
• Optimize content for AI-generated answers as well as traditional search results.
• Lead local SEO across Culligan's dealer network including Google Business Profiles and location pages.
• Collaborate with social, website, PR and performance teams to align SEO/GEO across channels.
