Job summary

Culligan North America is seeking a hands-on SEO and content expert to own our organic search strategy and the content engine behind it. You will develop and execute SEO-driven content plans, manage editorial workflows, and partner with SMEs and writers to deliver on-brand content that drives organic growth and lead generation.

You will lead local SEO efforts across the dealer network, optimize for Google Business Profiles and location pages, and ensure content is prepared for AI-driven answers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO and content strategy.
• Strong writing, editing, and fact-checking; experience directing writers.
• Hands-on with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, GA).
• Experience managing agency/freelance partners.
• CMS and content-ops platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO, GEO, and AI search strategy end to end.
• Develop and manage SEO-driven content plans and editorial calendars.
• Optimize content for AI-generated answers and traditional results.
• Develop local SEO across dealer network and optimize Google Business Profiles.
• Lead the SEO content-development workflow from intake to publishing.
• Collaborate with SMEs to source accurate information and elevate content.
