Physician's Choice is seeking an SEO/GEO leader to own organic search and generative optimization across our DTC and content ecosystem. You will blend traditional SEO with AI-driven optimization to win visibility on search and generative surfaces.

The role requires steering SEO strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and managing an agency to hit KPIs while driving measurable impact on traffic, visibility, and revenue. Join a fast-growing health brand focused on gut wellness.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in SEO/organic growth with leadership ownership
• Hands-on GEO/AEO experience preferred
• Proven track record with outside agencies and performance targets
• Experience in DTC/e-commerce, ideally in CPg, supplements, wellness
• Strong analytical fluency and leadership-level reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication for strategy and exec reporting
• People and agency management experience

Responsibilities

• Own and set SEO/GEO strategy across Shopify DTC, blog/content, and product pages
• Build GEO measurement framework and framework for success
• Lead keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on-page optimization
• Develop content roadmap aligned to search and GEO opportunities
• Direct backlinks, citations, and structured data optimization
• Manage agency relationship and KPIs
• Own reporting on organic traffic, rankings, and revenue impact
• Partner with performance marketing, creative, and product leadership to align messaging across channels
