Analog Devices, Inc. in Camas, Washington, is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead the Back Half Day Shift of our 24x7 semiconductor fabrication operation.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coaching a team of 20+ Operators and Leads, ensuring on‑time delivery and consistent performance. This role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and a commitment to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing methods knowledge and Theory of Constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ Operators and Leads to safely achieve daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor production performance and address issues affecting output, quality, or schedule attainment.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Support new product introductions, process changes, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
