Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Back Half Day Shift to lead a 24x7 semiconductor fabrication team.

You will foster a zero-injury safety culture, drive operational excellence, and coach a team of 20+ operators across shifts to achieve quality and productivity goals. The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing practices, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods and TOC.
• Experience with safety and quality standard adherence.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Zero Injury Safety culture and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead 20+ operators to meet daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor performance and address issues affecting output or schedule.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
• Lead problem-solving using 8D, 5-Why, and root-cause analysis.
