Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is hiring a Production Manager for the Camas WaferFab Operations to lead daily manufacturing execution across assigned shifts. You will manage a team of Production Supervisors and oversee approximately 120–150 operators while driving safety, quality, and productivity on a 24/7 schedule.

This exempt leadership role focuses on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and digital manufacturing tool adoption to support Front Half or Back Half production teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related advanced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success leading supervisors and large frontline teams in a high-volume setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for assigned shifts, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Production Supervisors overseeing 120–150 operators across two shifts.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing manufacturing talent to grow the operator workforce as the site expands.
