This role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, coaching a team of operators and leads, and partnering with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Planning. Ideal candidates have AS or BS degree, 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree and/or equivalent manufacturing supervision experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a data-driven team.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Back Half Night Shift team of operators and leads.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members and conduct performance discussions.
• Ensure smooth shift pass-downs and clear communication.
