Qualifications

• AS or BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or technical field.
• 3+ years supervising in manufacturing; semiconductor exp. preferred.
• Strong communication, data-driven decision making, and Lean methods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Zero Injury Safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead daily production, quality, and productivity goals for 24x7 shift.
• Coach Operators and Leads; drive Lean and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning.
• Support new product introductions and process changes.
