Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Camas, WA is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for our Front Half Day Shift in a 24x7 semiconductor fabrication operation.

This role leads safety, quality, and daily production, coaching a team and driving continuous improvement across shifts. You will partner with engineering, quality, maintenance, and planning to optimize workflows, implement Lean methods, and develop operators and leads.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills in a data-driven team.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods and Theory of Constraints.
• Compliance with safety, cleanroom, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and model a Zero Injury Safety culture while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Lead a team to safely achieve daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning to optimize operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Coach and develop Operators and Leads to meet performance targets.
