Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills in a data-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and enforce policies, 5S, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead daily production to meet goals in a 24x7 semiconductor fab.
• Coach Operators and Leads and support staffing and onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean and root-cause problem solving.
