Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Camas, WA seeks a dynamic Production Supervisor for the Back Half Night Shift (Wed–Fri, every other Sat; 7:00pm–7:00am). You will lead a 20+ person team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets in a 24x7 semiconductor fabrication setting.

Ideal candidates have an AS/BS in a technical field, 3+ years of supervision in manufacturing, and strong communication. Lean methods and process improvement are key.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience supervising a manufacturing team.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and Zero Injury culture, ensure policy compliance and cleanroom standards.
• Lead a team of 20+ Operators and Leads to meet daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning for efficient operations and NPI support.
• Coach, develop, and motivate staff; manage staffing, onboarding, and cross-training.
