Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Director, Client Development - Semiconductor Manufacturing to build and execute multi-project capital programs across wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, and related facilities. You will lead strategy, engage executive stakeholders, and align commercial outcomes with delivery success.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive bookings and profitability, and maintain client relationships at the executive level in a dynamic, technically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading and delivering capital programs for manufacturing clients in a DB/EPC or integrated A/E/C environment.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for client engagement, site walkdowns, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings targets, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning for DB/EPC opportunities in semiconductor manufacturing and related facilities.
• Lead pursuit strategy, executive presentations, and negotiate terms to secure contracts.
• Coordinate internal SMEs across process, architecture/engineering, preconstruction, construction, and controls to deliver integrated DB/EPC solutions.

Education

BS or MS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

MBA and/or PMP is a plus
