• 10+ years in operations or service delivery in semiconductor tech.
• Experience leading people managers.
• Strong KPI and data-driven decision making.
• Proven success in customer-facing operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 5+ direct reports to drive accountability and performance.
• Direct day-to-day operations for semiconductor equipment installation and service programs across sites/regions.
• Set and monitor KPIs for service delivery, safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Review results, implement corrective actions, and address gaps or risks.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable execution.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery that supports uptime and business goals.
• Collaborate with field leaders, HR, finance, and other teams for staffing and resource alignment.
• Lead issue resolution and process improvements in service workflows.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control efforts across the account.
