Job summary

BW Design Group seeks a Director, Client Development in semiconductor manufacturing. You will lead large capital programs (DB/EPC), secure bookings, and align commercial strategy with delivery outcomes across wafer fabrication and related facilities.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, oversee pursuit strategy, and drive profitable growth while managing multi‑project programs in a dynamic, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading capital programs in DB/EPC settings.
• Deep semiconductor manufacturing domain knowledge.
• Experience guiding large, multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings targets, pricing, and commercial positioning for DB/EPC work.
• Engage executives across Engineering, Facilities, Operations, and EHS.
• Lead pursuit strategy, negotiate terms, and manage risk.
• Coordinate SME teams to deliver integrated DB/EPC solutions.
• Drive pipeline governance, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Serve as executive sponsor from execution to closeout.
