You will mentor Account Managers and Account Executives, align sales execution with market strategy, and shape the organization’s leadership culture.

The role offers a hybrid work model with in-office days and client-site presence, reporting to the market leadership. A strong track record in sales leadership and talent development is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field; advanced coursework or certifications in sales, leadership, or business strategy preferred.
• 5+ years of professional sales experience with demonstrated leadership and mentoring.
• Hybrid work model with 2 days in-office; on-site client visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed advanced spread goals through strategic account planning, high-level negotiations, and long-term client engagement.
• Lead executive-level client relationships, ensuring deep account penetration and multi-line expansion.
• Design and deliver strategic enablement programs, including advanced sales workshops and leadership roundtables.
