Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with substantial related experience, preferably in semiconductor vendor environment.
• Proven successful B2B sales track record, with preference to capital equipment sales and/or semiconductor industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coaching skills to drive revenue and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Axcelis products (tools, services, parts).
• Drive account plans for assigned territory and meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, service, operations to align sales efforts with corporate objectives.
• Provide quotations and participate in contract negotiations with customers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or 8 years’ experience with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years’ experience; or equivalent work experience.
